Learn to Figure Skate (LTFS) is a program designed for skaters who show an interest in Figure Skating. LTFS is recommended for skaters who are at CanSkate stage 4 or higher. Coaches will recommend if a skater is ready for this program.
LTFS gives skaters an opportunity to experience what figure skating is all about! Through private and group lessons skaters are taught the fundamental skills needed to begin a recreational or competitive figure skating career.
Skaters will be required to complete Stage 4 of the CanSkate program in order to move on to the Group STAR program. Upon completion of the LTFS program, skaters will receive an email outlining how to register for private lessons and the Group STAR program.
